Meditations: Sky, nature.
Training: "Meeting your Inner Teacher" Lay down, relax, move your attention upward, starting from your feet. First relax the right leg from toes to thigh. Next your left leg, thighs, loins, underbelly, chest, back; then your right hand, left hand, shoulders, neck, face and head. When your body is completely relaxed, imagine a clear sky. It calls and invites you to meet the unknown. You are going up higher and higher, enjoying the flight. You see the land, trees, mountains, rivers, seas and oceans below you. You see a mountain and you are about to land there. The place you will land is your Power Place. You sit in meditation, looking deeper and deeper inside, and then you meet your Inner Teacher. You may ask them some questions. Communicate with them, accept their important wisdom. When this interaction is finished, retrace your journey back to your body, with the knowledge you have received .
During the 20th lunar day the Anahata chakra is active.

Symbol: Herd of horses
Meditations: Pranayama, breathing practices, body works (especially legs).
It is a favorable day to have a rebirthing session. If you are practicing Kundalini yoga, choose fire breathing exercises. In Hatha-yoga choose the proper pranayama. Favour more physical activities. In the evening, before sleep, perform the meditation of meeting your Inner Teacher (find the description of this practice on the 20th lunar day).
During the 21st lunar day the Sahasrara chakra is active.

Symbol: Ganesha
Meditations: Concentrate on symbols, books, studying, buzz on the street.
This day is suitable for concentration. You may try to comprehend the knowledge which most interests you. For instance, if you are learning symbols, concentrate on them and you'll get a better understanding. If you have some trouble understanding something - try to focus on that today. You may also just work on improving your ability to concentrate. If you are among a crowd of people, make use of the energy of this lunar day; float softly through the crowd as if you are scanning the area.
During the 22th lunar day the Kundalini and bottom of the spine are active.
August 23, 2019 Friday

Symbol: Crocodile Makkara
Meditations: Fortress, sparring matches, purifying of the home.
For those who practice martial arts or alpinism this day is a favorable for reaching new heights. Perform any home cleansing procedure you prefer, use incense sticks or aroma lamps. You can also bless the room with holy water and light candles. Visualize the process of cleansing. Sit in a comfortable pose and imagine the sun, filling your room with its pure cleansing beams.

Symbol: Shiva
Meditations: Dao and Tantra practices, working with minerals, yoga, nature.
If you are building a house, today will be favorable for better understanding how and where to build the well.
During the 24th lunar day the anus and the `Death Gates` chakra are active. This chakra is between the anus and genitals, below the Svadhisthana chakra (T1 point in Chinese medicine). This is a very important spot, because it is an entry point for Earth energy.

Meditations: Determination for your mission, awareness of ideals, contact with your Guardian-Angel.
Today, while dreaming, you may have a dialogue with your Guardian-Angel and ask the Merciful Powers to define your mission in this life. Before going to sleep prepare yourself for this conversation with the following Christian prayer(1) or mantra(2): 1)Angel of God, my guardian dear, To whom God's love commits me here, Ever this day be at my side, To light and guard, to rule and guide. Amen. 2)Om Mahadevaya Namah (read from 9 to 108 times).

August 26, 2019 Monday
26 lunar day
Symbol: Swamp
Meditations: Silence, supraliminal observation.
If possible, spend this day in silence and solitude. Practice vipassana or "awareness in action". You may also practice observing your breath. Either sit on your heels or in the half-lotus and prepare for meditation. Concentrate on the tip of your nose and monitor your breathing for 30 minutes or 1 hour. On the 26th lunar day we may contact our Inner Teacher.
During the 26th lunar day the Kundalini chakra is active.
