Meditations: The color white, butterfly image.
Balance exercises. The Moon is still in its powerful state, it reflects the highest amount of sunlight. You can also swim along the moonlight. You may meditate on filling up with the moonlight. Lay down, relax and visualize: picture yourself laying on the beach, hear the sounds of the waves; watch the starry arch in the sky and the huge Moon which brightens the surroundings. You see the moonlight glimmering on the water and the Moon's halo, which covers all the visible parts of the sky. You feel harmony, relaxed, no worries, no thoughts. Soon you begin to feel the moonlight touching your skin and penetrating inside of your body. This is Sun energy being transformed, cooled after reflecting from the Moon. You are filling up with this flow more and more and becoming this Light. You breathe with this light and feel how it calms all the cells of your body, how it calibrates all your inner flows, how it un-wrinkles your face and skin. Continue to take it in until you feel enough. When the meditation is finished, thank the Moon and the reflected sunlight. Rejuvenation procedures are favorable today.

Meditations: Dance, joy.
Dao and Tantra practices. Upon waking up you may perform laugh meditation: before opening your eyes start laughing. It might be difficult at the very beginning, and your laugh might sound forced, but soon it will become natural. After you received the joy from laughing, start the new day and share your smile with the World. This day is favorable for the revelation and consolidation of female energy. Dancing is recommended today.

18 lunar day
Symbol: Mirror
Meditations: Ideals, mirror.
"All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players: They have their exits and their entrances; And one man in his time plays many parts", - this Shakespeare quote is the essence of today's meditation. Be attentive and aware with people you associate with - they are your mirror. In the evening try to stay alone and analyze your communications and behavior patterns; separate the positive from the negative and make notes of your observations. Next start this meditation: imagine the Sunrise coming slowly over the horizon, smile to the newborn sunbeams. They touch your body, filling it with joy. Visualize yourself in front of you, feed this vision with Sun energy, fill it with sunlight. This is your Ideal image. When the image is completely filled with light, direct this light back to your actual self; for indeed, you are this light. Maintain this state until you feel that all your bodies, from the physical to the mental, are filled with and merged into the single light structure.

Symbol: Spider
Meditations: Fire, waterfall, pure water.
This day is favorable for purification procedures. Better to start with cleaning your living space; use incense, aroma lamps, candles, etc. Next perform your aura cleansing. Take a shower or salt bath using the following affirmation: "Water is cleaning all of my bodies: physical, energy, astral and mental. All the dirt has been washed away and transformed into pure energy, which is necessary for me to live harmoniously". Once your house and body are prepared, proceed to the inner meditation, it will help to clear your mind and feelings. Choose any fitting practice, which you are familiar with.

20 lunar day
Symbol: Eagle
Meditations: Sky, nature.
Training: "Meeting your Inner Teacher" Lay down, relax, move your attention upward, starting from your feet. First relax the right leg from toes to thigh. Next your left leg, thighs, loins, underbelly, chest, back; then your right hand, left hand, shoulders, neck, face and head. When your body is completely relaxed, imagine a clear sky. It calls and invites you to meet the unknown. You are going up higher and higher, enjoying the flight. You see the land, trees, mountains, rivers, seas and oceans below you. You see a mountain and you are about to land there. The place you will land is your Power Place. You sit in meditation, looking deeper and deeper inside, and then you meet your Inner Teacher. You may ask them some questions. Communicate with them, accept their important wisdom. When this interaction is finished, retrace your journey back to your body, with the knowledge you have received .
During the 20th lunar day the Anahata chakra is active.

21 lunar day
Symbol: Herd of horses
Meditations: Pranayama, breathing practices, body works (especially legs).
It is a favorable day to have a rebirthing session. If you are practicing Kundalini yoga, choose fire breathing exercises. In Hatha-yoga choose the proper pranayama. Favour more physical activities. In the evening, before sleep, perform the meditation of meeting your Inner Teacher (find the description of this practice on the 20th lunar day).
During the 21st lunar day the Sahasrara chakra is active.
June 25, 2019 Tuesday
22 lunar day
Symbol: Ganesha
Meditations: Concentrate on symbols, books, studying, buzz on the street.
This day is suitable for concentration. You may try to comprehend the knowledge which most interests you. For instance, if you are learning symbols, concentrate on them and you'll get a better understanding. If you have some trouble understanding something - try to focus on that today. You may also just work on improving your ability to concentrate. If you are among a crowd of people, make use of the energy of this lunar day; float softly through the crowd as if you are scanning the area.
During the 22th lunar day the Kundalini and bottom of the spine are active.
