Meditations: Purification of the home and food.
Transformation of negative thoughts. If the Moon is not in Water Signs, cold salt water procedures for the feet are recommended. Take this foot bath for no longer than 10 minutes. It will cleanse you of all negative energy. If you continue the procedure any further, positive energy might flow away as well. This may also free you from malefice. Make sure to maintain a comfortable water temperature. During the entire procedure imagine that all negativity is washed away by the water. If you feel bad today, hold a candle in your left hand; the candle must burn down to the bottom, don't blow it out. You may cut it to the proper length in advance. Extinguish the flame with your right hand's fingers. Today, cleansing the house is recommended; use incense, shelf fungus, ledum or juniper. Create enough smoke in order to drive the evil energy out.
During the 29th lunar day the Muladhara chakra is active.

Meditations: Visualization, planning for the upcoming lunar month, candlelight concentration, purification with fire.
This day is favorable for fire purifications, mostly when the Moon is in Air Sign. All fears and obsessions will be burnt. Sit by the open fire or concentrate on a candle flame for about 10-15 minutes. When time is up, slowly close your eyes and relax for another 5 minutes. Afterward, you may start planning for the upcoming lunar month.
During the 1st lunar day the Third Eye (an area between eyebrows) is active.
April 6, 2019 Saturday

Symbol: Horn of plenty
Meditations: Observe what is favorable for you now and what is not.
Continue planning for the upcoming lunar period. You may continue planning for the upcoming lunar month on the 2nd lunar day. The energy center connected to this day is the philtrum (the area between nose and upper lip). During the day concentrate your attention on this point a few times for at least a minute. The 2nd lunar day practice: Find a calm and peaceful place, create a comfortable atmosphere. Sit in a comfortable position, concentrate on your breath, relax your mind and body. Place your hands on your belly and concentrate all your attention to this region. Try to evoke images, for example, you may visualize a favorite food and feel the reaction from your stomach: if you feel pleased - eat it, if not - abstain from eating it. You may imagine situations or certain people and try to feel, what energy they transmit to you at this moment. After meditation summarize the information and decide what you'd like to change during the upcoming lunar month.

3 lunar day
Symbol: Leopard
Meditations: Martial arts and weapons.
The energy of this day helps you to realize the strains in your body, aroused as a result of insult, anger, impatience or other negative emotions. This is a day for purification of the astral body. Relaxation is favorable today. Training: Body relaxation. Prepare for meditation and, once prepared, lay down. Concentrate on your breath, move your attention to the right toes, observe this region and relax it. Slowly move your attention up the leg until your buttock. If you feel any strain, try to figure out, what kind of emotion "lives" there, let your breath travel through this spot and relax it. With your breathing, release all the old, accumulated energy. Next move your attention to the left toes and repeat the practice. Then continue to practice the same way with right arm, left arm, loins, back, stomach, chest, head, and give extra attention to the face. Try to relax the whole body, enjoy its lightness and freedom of strain.
During the 3d lunar day the Vishuddha chakra is active (throat).

Symbol: Tree of Knowledge
Meditations: Chanting mantras, prayers and sacred sounds.
Interaction with nature is advisable. You may chant mantras for all your three bodies: mental, astral and physical. Be extra careful with your words. Training: Going outdoors: Walk in the park for a while and try to take in all the life energy: plants, birds, animals; feel the fresh breeze, see the beauty of the sky and clouds. Accumulate the natural energy by breathing in its beauty and freshness. If possible, sit by a campfire and feel its power. Secure this uniting with a prayer, mantra or your favorite song. "AUM" singing is favorable today.
During the 4th lunar day the Vishuddha chakra is active (throat).

Symbol: Unicorn
Meditations: Meditation while eating.
Both planning for the future and working with the past. Keep maximum attention while eating, chew slowly and carefully. When choosing what to eat, let your emotions be your guide. Choose foods, which, according to your feeling, will bring positive outcomes to any particular part of your body. Be careful with the amount of food. During meals observe and release any strain and bad emotions. If you realize that you have too strong an emotional affection with a particular food, then be extra conscientious.
During the 5th lunar day the Ajna chakra (the Third Eye) is active.
April 10, 2019 Wednesday
6 lunar day
Symbol: Crane
Meditations: Breathing exercises, mental body purification, sound therapy.
Today you can easily tune into the signs which life shares with you. Enjoy the harmony of Nature. Pay more attention to the sound of the wind, the rustling of the leaves and birds singing; smell the scent of summer flowers or the freshness of a winter morning. If it's raining, breath the ozone. Use this day to find your best source of natural energy, that will be your meditation. Let inside of your room as much fresh air as possible and breathe this prana, filled with purity.
During the 6th lunar day, the emotional center is active (spot between the throat and chest).
